  • This varies per family. There is no right or wrong amount of time to have a doula for. We curate services to your individual family needs. Our packages are designed to appeal to the most typical time frames, from just a few hours- up to 12 weeks time (or longer, if needed). If you’re unsure about how long you should book, see the ‘Packages + Prices’ tab for examples on how the hours can be spread out. Reach out to discuss more personalized scheduling.

  • We recommend booking at least 3 months or more from your due date. This ensures availability for the hours/schedule you request. With that being said, we understand that last minute bookings are sometimes unavoidable, and we will do our best to work with you accordingly!

  • During your prenatal meeting (that’s included in each package), you will get an opportunity to meet and get to know us, so that you can feel comfortable before your services start. We strive to keep a consistent doula with you throughout your entire healing process. However, if circumstances change, we will communicate that with you as soon as possible.

  • No problem! Transitions are hard. We understand that circumstances change and that you may want us around for a bit longer! Just contact your doula to discuss extension plans, whether it’s for a few hours or a whole package.
