We believe in the importance of feeling comfortable with the people you allow in your home to take care of you and your littles. It is our privilege to be included in such a vulnerable time of your life.
This is why we’ve spent extra time curating the Earthside Doula team- to provide you with the highest quality of care and comfort. We believe that everyone deserves a doula.

“Becoming a mother is my greatest accomplishment.”
“Hey there, Tracee & Olivia here. We’re a mom and daughter duo based out of OKC. We believe that mamas deserve to be cared for- in the same way they care for their families. No one should pour from an empty cup, and it’s okay to not have it all together. We are here to help shift that narrative.”

OLIVIA SILVA
FOUNDER + DOULA
“Nurturing others is second nature to me. There is nothing that fills my cup more than being a safe space amidst a vulnerable time. When I’m not doula-ing, I work as a rehabilitation pediatric nurse, helping kids reach their full potential. There's something truly special about watching a family grow and evolve. Being able to support that journey by helping everyone stay well-rested, nourished and content, is a role I hold dear. I’m convinced that the quote- "it takes a village" is positively the truth, and I feel so privileged to be a part of many family’s journeys.
When I’m not working with littles, you can find me with my head in a book, cheering on the OKC thunder, or spending time with my husband and golden retriever pup, Russell. I’m a big fan of Chinese takeout and always down for a good road trip.”

TRACEE COBB
FOUNDER + DOULA
“Becoming a mother is my greatest accomplishment, the most rewarding and the most challenging thing I have ever done. I have always loved working with little ones and I am firm believer that kids keep us young! What better way to fill your day than seeing the world through the eyes of a child. Despite what people may think, there is no such thing as SUPERMOM, and no shame in asking for a little extra help. It's important for the whole family to make the addition of a new baby a gentle transition, having an extra set of hands to help out is sometimes all that is needed. Many times it's the small things that seem to make the biggest difference. I feel truly blessed to be part of each family’s experience.
My family is my hobby! When I’m not doula-ing, I am spending time with them- cooking, laughing and always ready to enjoy a healthy dose of the great outdoors.”

“Supporting families in their health and wellness journeys has always been close to my heart. With a background in nutrition and extensive experience in the kitchen, I’ve learned how to fuel the body with the right ingredients to ensure optimal health for both mama and baby. From preparing wholesome meals to educating families on the benefits of balanced nutrition, I believe that a strong foundation starts with what we nourish our bodies with. Being a doula allows me to combine my passion for family care with my love of creating healthy meals. I am a firm believer in the idea that a well-nourished family is a happy family, and I am so honored to be part of each family’s unique story.
When I’m not assisting families, you can find me with my husband, attending a workout class, planning my next vacation, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.”

AMY VARUGHESE
EARTHSIDE PARTNER + DOULA
“I became a postpartum doula because I know how overwhelming and tender those first weeks after birth can be. As a mom myself, I’ve lived the exhaustion, the questions, the emotions- and I’ve felt the difference it makes to have someone show up with steady hands, a warm meal, and no judgment. Alongside my work as a postpartum doula, I’m also an occupational therapy assistant, New Mom School instructor and a training as a postpartum chef. I love combining my clinical experience with my passion for nourishing food to care for new moms in a full, holistic way. Whether I’m doing a night shift or dropping off freezer meals, my goal is to bring calm, care, and a reminder that you don’t have to do it all.
I’m proud to partner with Earthside because we share the same values-especially the belief in community over competition. We know there’s more than enough room at the table, and when doulas lift one another up, the families we serve receive the very best support.
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me with my husband and our two boys, leading community events at church, or sneaking in a hot shower and a quiet moment to breathe. I believe in the power of showing up, the grace to not have it all together, and the truth that support after birth is not a luxury—it’s a need.” -

“Peace of mind is something I deeply value, and I believe every mother is deserving of experiencing that during postpartum. Postpartum is one of the most vulnerable and delicate times for everyone in the family, and sometimes the weight of that is not realized until you’re in the thick of it. Contributing to that peace of mind through doing practical tasks around the house, clarifying those late night worries with answers from trusted sources, or giving you that much needed self-care time is what drives my passion as a doula! I love being able to help foster a fulfilling and enjoyable postpartum experience for everyone in the family.
My educational background and experience is in child development and early childhood education, but I am also very passionate about psychology and brain development! In my free time, I enjoy crochet, jigsaw puzzles, and anything crafty!”

“As a twin mom, I understand firsthand how vulnerable and overwhelming the postpartum season can be. Walking through my own journey, combined with my background as a pediatric rehabilitation nurse, has given me a deep passion for supporting families during this tender time. I strive to create a calm, nurturing environment by offering hands-on support with baby care, light household tasks, and preparing nourishing, energizing snacks so moms can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with their baby. My goal is to gently support families so no mother feels alone in her postpartum journey.
Outside of my doula work you will find me spending special time with my husband and twins, at a baseball game cheering on my husband’s team, or traveling to see family. I have a slight obsession with all things iced coffee.”

KIRA WISDOM
DOULA
“I followed my passionate heart to becoming a labor doula part time in 2016, while also working full time at a chiropractic office and then a veterinary office. Birth, pregnancy and life after baby have always been something so intriguing to me and I am a nurturer to my core. I’ve held space for many parents over the years and when I saw the huge need for support postpartum for these same families, and more, I knew that was where my next steps would lie! I became a postpartum doula full time at the end of 2021 and it fit like a glove. Maternal mental health is extremely important to me and there is a need to end the stigma behind it. I have dedicated myself and my life to the care of birthing people and parents as no one should ever feel alone in the most vulnerable, magical, (albeit difficult) time in their lives. I’m here to assure you that you ARE meant to ask for help because it is completely normal to need it! Having this as my career is the highest honor and brings endless joy.
When I am not doula-ing, I am spending quality time with my husband and our 4 dogs and 3 cats. Hiking and being in nature are our favorite things to do. I love to travel, especially road trips, as I am lucky to love people all over the US!”

“I am a postpartum doula and registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma State University. I currently work as a nursery nurse, where I support newborns and families during those precious first days. My passion lies in infant education and lactation support, and I love helping parents feel confident, informed, and at ease as they navigate the postpartum period. My philosophy of care centers on compassionate, evidence-based support that honors each family’s unique needs, goals, and instincts. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, empowered, and cared for during this transformative time.
When I am not working, you can find me hanging out with my husband, 3 kiddos and 3 pups.”
